This delicious little treat is so versatile and can be used on almost anything. But be careful, dynamite comes in small packages! This has a bit of a kick!
How we're using it
Try lathering it over a pepperoni pizza, or use it to thickly baste a batch of chicken wings.
How we made it
Sliced up (very carefully and with gloves!) some Reaper chillis into a jar of Canola Honey. Canola was used because of its neutral flavour, allowing the chilli flavour to come through.
The honey was then left to ferment on top of our dehydrator to try to get some extra warmth to go through the honey to help de-crystalise it.Â
